In addition, he is also a Registered Migration Advisor with the registration number (MARN 1677976) specialising in Australian Business & Investment Visa. He has also been officially appointed to the Advisory Board of the Skilled Visa Program by the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA), specialising in Business Innovation & Investment (Subclass 188/888) and Global Talent (Subclass 858) streams.

The Migration Institute of Australia (MIA) is the leading professional association in Australia, where most migration practitioners in all states are members. Members of the MIA must adhere strictly to the MIA's professional code of conduct to ensure credibility for the organisation. MIA members are also certified professionals and the best in the field of Australian immigration consultancy. Furthermore, the MIA serves as a representative body to work with the Australian Government or the Department of Home Affairs on contributing opinions, amendments, additions, and developments to the current migration laws.

In late 2023 and early 2024, Mr. Long Phan submitted two Petitions to the Australian House of Representatives, urging action to address prolonged delays in processing applications for the Business Innovation and Investment Visa Program (Visa 188/888). Subsequently, during a press conference on September 28, 2023, the Minister for Immigration, Mr. Andrew Giles, responded by emphasising a focus on processing the Subclass 888 Business Innovation Permanent Residency visa. As a result, the processing time for the 888 visa has been significantly shortened from an average wait of 3 years to just 6 to 9 months. This positive response from the Australian Government came after Mr. Long Phan submitted Petitions to the House of Representatives requesting a review of processing times for the Business Innovation and Investment visa streams (subclass 188/888 and 132).

During his career as  an Registered Migration Advisor, he  has assisted hundreds of successful entrepreneurs and investors in submitting and obtaining various investment visas. He is also a regular speaker at seminars relating to Investment and Immigration to Australia, which were attended by representatives of the Australian States & Territories governments such as New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and Northern Territory.

Witnessing the challenges and difficulties his business clients, overseas students, and immigrant community faced when settling into their new life in Australia, he knows that he would need to do something to make life a bit easier for them. Therefore, he decided to build the HALI Australia platform - a first of its kind in Migration Technology (MigraTech).

As the CEO of HALI Australia, Mr. Long Phan is responsible for the overall; strategy of company development, organisational structure and liaising with key stakeholders. 

Mr. Long Phan has strong connections with highly reputable professional partners in many fields such as Colliers International - a leading commercial real estate brokerage professional services; Moelis Australia (MA Financial Group) - an ASX-listed financial services group specialising in asset management, lending, corporate advisory & equities since 2009 and the multi-award winning Prime Value Asset Management firm.
